Roles & Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target customers and address their pain points.

Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform positioning, campaigns and marketing strategies.

Sales Enablement: Create and deliver high-impact sales tools, collateral, and training materials to empower sales teams to effectively sell FirstHive solutions.

Customer Insights: Engage with customers and security professionals to gather feedback, identify trends, and ensure that marketing aligns with customer needs.

Content Development: Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to produce high-quality marketing assets (white papers, case studies, presentations, webinars, etc.) that support marketing campaigns and sales efforts.

Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally, presenting at conferences, events, webinars, and through digital channels to articulate our value in the CDP space.

Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with the product management team to understand upcoming features and ensure effective communication of product roadmaps and launches.

Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of marketing strategies using data and analytics to iterate and optimize results.

Requirements and Skills:

- <college experience> in marketing, creative writing or other relevant focus areas.

- 10+ years relevant experience, including developing marketing and sales collateral, including blogs, e-books, research, and website copy.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing within the customer data platform space

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

Collaboration: Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

Sales Enablement: Experience creating effective sales tools and training to support go to-market efforts.

Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting to both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executive teams
