- As a Manager role, your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy.
Location: Gurgaon, Pune & Bangalore
The objective of the role:
- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
- Team Handling
- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
- Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Responsible for the revenue target for the region/project
- Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enables deal closure.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with builders and clients.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Real Estate sales experience
