Job Description: Sr. Admin Manager.
Location: Noida.

Position Overview:.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Admin Manager to oversee all administrative responsibilities, event management, and travel arrangements across Pan India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing administrative operations, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations at the corporate office and regional locations.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to admin functions.
Event Management:.
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, and team-building activities across locations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets, schedules, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Travel Arrangements:.
- Oversee and manage travel arrangements for employees, including ticketing, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel chains for cost optimization.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of travel expense reimbursements.
Vendor & Facility Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and related services.
- Oversee the upkeep and security of office premises, ensuring a productive work environment.
Coordination & Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the administration department and other internal teams.
- Address employee concerns related to admin functions and ensure prompt resolutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in administration, event management, and travel coordination, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with travel and event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operations across multiple locations.
