- Involved/Lead financial forecasting process for the organisation or business unit

- Strong understanding of KPI,Scorecards,MIS Reports

- Strong problem solving and analytical bent.

- Understand benchmarking/competitive intelligence

- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.

- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.

- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.

- Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data

- Ideal candidate would be CA

Analyzing product margins, product mix.

- Forecast, budgeting, preparing operating plans.

- Business deal analysis and reviews.

- Analyzing operating expenses & headcount planning.

- Enabling business for financial decisions for strategic initiatives.

BUDGETING AND FORECASTING

- Responsible for the Budget / Forecast Process (Internal/ Global).

- Developing target trackers for each Zone/department aligned with KPIs and the Budget targets.
