First Advantage - Manager - Operational Effectiveness - Black Belt Certified

The Manager Operational Effectiveness role would be a combination of Six Sigma Black belt and analyst role. This is an Individual Contributor Role. The role would be that of an Internal Consultant to the organization. The incumbent would work with teams at multiple levels of the organization across functions. He would also be interacting with various stakeholders in the organization including executive management. The role involves working on various global projects, analytics, automation opportunities and process enhancements. The incumbent will be able to enhance his skill, knowledge and capability through cross-functional learning and exposure through both functional and management interactions. This role offers to develop a tool set comprising of functional and leadership skills that will help to be highly effective leader at higher levels of management

Job Description: Graduate or above from any discipline

Experience: At least 10 years of experience with min of 3 years as a Black belt and preferably from an ITES background

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

- Six Sigma Black Belt certification

- Effective written & verbal communication skills

- Good command over Excel & PowerPoint

Supervisory Responsibilities Include responsibilities such as hiring/firing, approving time worked; deciding performance rating; deciding pay increases, disciplining; and resolving complaints/issues. Indicate number of direct and indirect reports (reporting up to this job through others).Indirect - May require to mentor some of the team members for analytics and business analysis

Shift based - Varying UK to US shifts depending upon the business requirement
