Position Description :
The Director will lead and manage the India Revenue team. Sales & Account Management team (Oversee Pan India), be responsible for achieving growth plans, and engage with the Leadership Team to develop and implement sales strategies and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth in all service lines.
Description of Responsibility :
- Sales
- Engaging with prospects for new sales
- Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of a team
- Build sales strategy & Implementation
- To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Leadership Team
- To manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information
- Establish and monitor performance reporting systems
- To develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals
- Account Management
Wallet share growth & Client Relationships: Take prime responsibility for developing, sustaining and enhancing existing relationships with top 60 Key accounts
- Meet or exceed annual net income targets from companies with existing relationships
- To work closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services.
