Position Description The incumbent will be accountable for the overall management of the company's Marketing, Communications and CSR functions
Description of Responsibility
- Actively lead, build and manage the Corporate Communications team including graphics designers, corporate communications specialists, media specialists and copy writers to produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies with the common goal of increasing sales and profits.
- Review products and services trends quarterly and recommend solutions and execution plans which are data driven
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
- Establish, own and drive a strategic internal and external communications strategy that positively affects employees- and customers- understanding, engagement and commitment with the result of an even stronger connection to the company and leads to a return on investment.
- Effectively work with empaneled vendors who support the organization with respect to various MARCOM agenda
- Provide writing and editing support for all client communications including all promotional materials, website content, a monthly newsletter and the Quarterly trends report.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with media.
- Provide expertise, advice, direction and implementation of the company's CSR activities
- Drive continual process improvements and implement best practices to manage projects efficiently.
- Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients, mail etiquettes.
- Ensuring adherence to people related policies/ procedures, maintaining integrity, discipline and confidentiality.
- Adhere to ISMS Policy ( InfoSec )of the organization
- Adhere to Quality Management System of the organization
Competencies Required -
- Analytical ability along with capability to data crunch market insights and recommend appropriate trending and solutions for the Sales & Account Management teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and Critical thinking skills
- Business related computer skills including knowledge with PowerPoint (expert level), Advance Excel (PIVOTS) and Word.
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with business heads.
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization
