FIRE Capital Fund - Associate/Senior Associate - Private Equity - Real Estate Sector

Real Estate Private Equity fund is seeking Associate/ Senior associates to join its investment team.

Key Responsibilities Areas

- Develop a deal pipeline for Investment under the Fund, carry out due-diligence/ deal evaluation, market studies for the proposed investments.

- Develop Financial model, Deal structuring, Term sheet and Investment memorandum for the proposed investments

- Prepare presentation/pitch book for capital raising from Institutional investors

- Support the oversight and management of the existing portfolio of investments

- Monitor and assess investment performance, financial controls, reporting.

- Preparation of internal reports for Investment Managers and Senior

- Management and the Investment Committee, and as required participation in Investment Committee meetings

- Monitoring and evaluation of investment and portfolio KPI's and KRIs

- Support the on-going strategy development for existing portfolio assets

- Interact with internal Finance and Compliance teams and preparation of internal / compliance reports

Experience/Qualification

- MBAs / CAs with relevant work experience of 3-5 years in the real estate sector, preferably with PE funds, NBFCs, IPCs or Large Corporate Developers
