- Understand the needs of the target customer segments and create a suitable product mix - To interact and negotiate with various Insurance Companies for best pricing of products. - Work closely with the insurance companies, internal technology, operations, Compliance and other support teams to effectively launch new products - Undertake process improvements to improve ease of doing business and enhance customer experience - Draft work flows and BRDs, prepare use cases and undertake UAT - Competition Mapping: Conduct Market research in terms of product proposition and process flow - To conduct various training programmes to help and support Channel in enhancing their knowledge on third party products - Use analytics to drive channel activation - Drive P&L on various insurance products - Support Channel by assisting them in customer meetings Skills and Competencies - Needs to be very approachable and should have the ability to guide and be the first point of contact for the employees. - Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders. - Ability to successfully implement the drives and campaigns initiated from time to time. - Eye for detail and meticulous - Min. 8 years in insurance and/or mutual funds, good knowledge of fundamentals of Insurance products and sales process. - High skills on MS Excel, capability to work on large data to derive meaningful insights.
