FINO Payments Bank - Product Manager

REQUIREMENTS

1. 5+ years of experience in related industry like Bank, Fin Tech, Payment Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Design & implement new products as per business need

2. MIS & Business reporting to stakeholders

2. Project management of product integration with large partners

3. Product performance tracking & analytics

4. Design & implement new customer and sales staff contests

5. Product campaign planning, implementation & tactical activities. Implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute (primarily front lines business leaders, IT team, Marketing team, SMS & email teams, Dispatch Teams)

6. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product strategy and are effectively conveyed to audience

7. Product related support, feedback and inquiries from customers and users

Additional Requirement

1. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job

2. Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Exposure to Wallet/ International Remittance would be added advantage
