- Responsible for delivery of TA acquisition for Corporate Office across the organization and levels, help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
- Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Conduct confidential research and talent identification to identify best-in-class talent at lateral & leadership level for the organisation
- The candidate will be responsible for full Talent acquisition cycle for Leadership and Mid management role across Technology (30%) and Non Tech functions(60%) -Product, Finance, Digital Marketing & Analytics etc

- Centrally establish, track and analyze talent acquisition reports and metrics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, hiring managers/interviewers, referrers and all parts of hiring.

- Offer to join ratio
- 7 years plus years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Client management, relationship management, team management for Tech and Non Tech segment across BFSI /NBFC sectors
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good in presentation skills
- Immediate joiners
- Candidates residing from Navi Mumbai or nearby areas would be preferred
