LEAD Investor Relations

- The Lead Investor Relations manages the flow of financial and other information between the organization, its investors/shareholders, and the broader financial community.

- This position reports through the Chief Financial Officer and leads all internal and external investor relations' activities to investors and potential investors, including running investor day meetings, marketing events with sell-side analyst coverage and key investors.

- This role will be responsible for understanding peer company disclosures and ensuring that FINO is providing clear, consistent, and transparent company performance information to the marketplace.

- LEAD-IR provides company management and Board of Directors information about trends, shareholders concerns, and competitor actions that might impact the company and issues statements on business issues.

- He/She may also assist in preparation of filings for annual reports to shareholders and be responsible for making presentations before the financial community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead the planning, direction and execution of the company's investor relations strategy

- Lead development of fixed income and equity investor communications, including corporate presentation decks, earnings releases, earnings and other conference call scripts, management Q&As, content for investor tab of the corporate website, and contribute to the business and MD&A section

- Lead and run FINO's participation in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst / investor days and 1-1 meetings

- Prepare the Executive Leadership Team for investor meetings, road shows, earnings calls, etc.

- Serve as primary point of contact for investment community (investors, analysts, exchange representatives, etc.), maintain database of interactions, and convey sentiments and feedback to management

- Track and analyze shareholder base and investment trends for the company, its peers, and its competitors to inform investor targeting strategy and monitor impact of strategy over time

- Track and analyze sell-side models, including comparison to internal forecasts, to assess expectations and assess implications for analyst and investor communications

- Develop and manage annual investor relations budget

- Collaborate on coordination of the annual meeting of stockholders together with the SEC accounting and legal teams

- Partner with legal and corporate communications to ensure all external communications are accurate, consistent with corporate messaging, and aligned with securities regulations

- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion

Profile :

- Need a pure IR and Strategy professional with 12-16 years of experience, with corporates.

- Experience in an Investment bank / Venture capital firm / Corp dev arm of tech business

- Experience in Crowd Funding sites like kickstart, Initial Exchange Offerings, raising money via angel list or similar platforms can be added advantage

- Strong contacts with Indian/ Global Venture Capital/ Private Equity firms along with Networking skills

- Should have the presence and gravitas to represent company

- Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors

- Self-motivated to start the function from scratch, highly motivated and able to work independently

- Highly proficient in proposal development, pitching and presenting, and the international development funding landscape

- Proven ability to develop and present investor materials (both in written form and in-person presentations), build new relationships and account manage existing relationships
