So, let's get some basics out of our way - we are hiring for Inside Sales Team Lead, based in our Bengaluru office, at a great compensation. Our vision is to revolutionize the lending industry in India. We want to make easy and fast credit available to all salaried employees at the click of a few buttons. We aim to disburse a loan within 5 minutes of a borrower applying for it. We want highly ambitious and energetic individuals keen to work in Inside Sales Relationship Management. This is not a typical sales job, where all you are tracked on are sales numbers. Here, you own the complete customer portfolio and are responsible for the end-to-end customer acquisition and portfolio management process.

We have outlined the job role and responsibilities for you :

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Bengaluru (our office is located in Bellandur)

Job Type: Full-time, in-office role

Responsibilities :

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement

- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the BFSI sector

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends

- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Proficient in using MS Excel, CRM software and other sales tools

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
