Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Product Manager at Finnable in Bengaluru.
- The Growth Product Manager will be responsible for product road mapping, growth hacking, design thinking, product management, and growth marketing.
- The role involves identifying and implementing strategies to drive product growth and enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
DSA Channel Growth:
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for expanding the DSA channel PAN India.
- Develop and rollout new strategies to drive the growth of the DSA network.
Sales Team Management:
- Collaborate with the ground sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team to achieve their targets.
Channel Growth Strategies:
- Design and execute strategies to enhance the performance and productivity of the channel.
- Implement initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Data Insights & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Perform zone, business, and hierarchy level analysis to optimize channel performance.
Cost Optimization:
- Analyze and manage costs associated with the channel to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or performance.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on the performance of the sales team against key metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on channel performance and growth initiatives.
