Finishing Manager - Manufacturing

Overall responsibility of the Finishing department (Cut/Stitch/Pack)

Responsible for length cutting/ hemming cross cutting/ hemming and packing

To achieve the daily Production Target

Co-ordination with PPC for timely dispatch.

Responsible for the in line Quality Assurance of the product during the manufacturing itself to ensure - first time right- manufacturing.

Handling the buyer's /customer QA during their factory visit/ social & compliance audits

Providing the Technical Inputs as and when required to execute the Production Plan

Contractor management limited to the finishing department

Wastage control of fabric and packing material
