Role: PCG Head Sales.
Job Description:
- Findoc is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Premier Client Group (PCG) Desk to join our team.
- This individual will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and servicing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) by offering a wide range of wealth management solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of financial products such as PMS, AIF, bonds, mutual funds, and stock market offerings, including algo trading.
- You will be tasked with building and leading a team that will deliver personalized financial services to UHNWIs while driving business growth.
- This is a high-responsibility role with the opportunity to expand your client base and team, contributing directly to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Drive the acquisition of UHNWIs and HNWIs, creating tailored wealth management strategies to meet their unique financial nee.
- Promote and sell large portfolios, including PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), bonds, mutual funds, and other investment produc.
- Build relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and position Findoc's offerings as optimal solutions to their nee.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the PCG business, leveraging personal networks, industry contacts, and market intelligen.
- Manage the sales process for large-ticket AIF investments, offering expert guidance on portfolio construction and diversificati.
2) Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly meet clients to review their portfolios, discuss market trends, and suggest adjustments based on evolving financial goals and market conditions.
- Cross-sell a wide range of financial products (PMS, AIF, bonds, mutual funds, etc.) to existing clients, maximizing business opportunities.
3) Team Leadership & Expansion:
- Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers, client servicing professionals, and other staff members.
- Foster a collaborative, client-centric team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service and meets client expectations.
- Actively recruit and onboard additional team members to expand the PCG desk and scale the business.
- Set clear performance goals for team members and provide regular coaching and development opportunities.
4) Investment Product Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products such as PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds, and be able to communicate their features and benefits effectively to clients.
- Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies, new investment products, and regulatory changes.
- Have hands-on experience with stock market trading, including an understanding of algorithmic trading, and leverage this knowledge to guide clients in structuring their investment portfolios.
- Guide clients on risk management strategies, portfolio diversification, and wealth preservation techniques.
5) Sales & Performance Metrics:
- Set and achieve sales targets for bringing in new business and expanding existing client portfolios.
- Regularly track and report sales performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics to senior management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
6) Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all client dealings and financial transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all wealth management strategies adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure the team is aligned with risk management protocols and is well-informed on market volatility and client risk tolerance.
Requirements/Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales, with a focus on UHNWIs and HNWIs.
- Proven track record in selling large portfolios, AIF tickets, and managing high-value relationships.
- Expertise in various financial products such as PMS, AIF, bonds, mutual funds, and experience with stock market investments and algo trading.
- Experience in both banking and broking environments, managing Premier Clients, will be highly preferred.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth management products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
- Hands-on experience with stock market trading and understanding of algorithmic trading strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Leadership skills, with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of understanding complex client needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and business growth targets.
