- Establish and maintain a robust data management framework to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of operational data.

- Monitor and record critical metrics related to retail operations, including customer acquisition, transaction volumes, compliance adherence, and service turnaround times.

- Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to create dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights into operational performance.

- Prepare detailed periodic reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Leverage data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and areas of concern, providing actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Process Optimization and Automation:

- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to automate manual workflows.

- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risks.

- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate and optimize automation tools, CRM systems, and trading platforms.

- Ensure that the back-office systems are streamlined for efficient operations and reporting.

Collaboration with Innovation Teams:

- Work closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and Product teams to implement innovations in trading apps and customer engagement platforms.

- Provide operational insights to support the development of new features and functionalities in the trading ecosystem.

- Support sales initiatives by ensuring operational readiness for campaigns and product launches.

Customer Focus:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience across retail operations.

- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve queries and improve service delivery including account opening.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in retail broking operations.

- Exposure to process automation, system integrations, and digital transformations.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing retail broking (SEBI, NSE, BSE, etc.

- Proficiency in operational tools, CRM platforms, and trading applications.

- Exceptional data management, reporting, and analytical skills.

- Expertise in creating dashboards and performance monitoring systems.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
