Responsibilities :
- Conceive, Develop, and Execute social campaigns, strategies, posting schedules for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Build robust processes for social story telling within a broader editorial framework
- Monitor online competitive presence and perceptions, research new blogs and channels for relevance and trend identification, report charter and maintain posting schedules
- Identify and manage relationships with key influencer partners
- Posting and gaining organic following + engagement in relevant groups on social media
- Tracking paid and organic post performance and profile performance
- Monitoring the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
- Maintaining specific tone for each channel
- Maintaining the brand ethos and vibe across all channels
- Creating, launching, and tracking specific campaigns (eg. infrastructure campaign, informative campaign, brand profile campaign)
- Forming and maintaining solid relationships with influencers, channels, pages that have outreach to our target demography
Requirements :
- 3+ years' experience in social media management
- Command over written and spoken English
- Bachelor's in any field other than Marketing if the candidate has a flair for communication and storytelling
- Create, launch, and track specific campaigns (eg. infrastructure campaign, informative campaign, brand profile campaign)
- Form and maintain solid relationships with influencers, channels, pages that have outreach to our target demo
- Ability to track the performance of paid and organic marketing campaigns
