We have 2 centrally located offices in Gurgaon (Cyber City) and Bangalore (HSR).

Redesigning the banking rails for the world

- What does a bank do? It provides you with financial products & services - accounts / investments /lending & insurance. The next biggest bank won't be a bank. Banking will come to the apps you use & love. It's already happening. Some examples:

- You buy your trip insurance (financial product) on GoIbibo (not a bank)

- Get your BuyNowPayLater line (a lending product) on Dunzo (not a bank)

- To do this effectively and at scale, we need to reimagine how banking works. We need a solid API standard for seamless distribution of financial services and products. This is what we do here at FinBox.

Here's what you would do :

1. Build a relationship with Key executives and teams within the client's organization

2. Develop Customer First Approach in team to understand customer pain points.

3. Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams such as Product management and Tech team to deliver standard or custom made solutions for client requirements.

4. Deeply understand our product features and propose solutions to client's needs in the framework of our existing products

5. Train client teams to use our products.

6. Solve problems and automate their solutions to avoid them in future

7. Developing and managing relationships within our enterprise and mid-market customers


Here's what we are looking for :

1. You are a great listener.

2. Can understand the customer pain even before it is verbalized

3. You have worked as a product manager liasoning between engineering and business teams

4. You have experience handling large enterprise clients specially in financial services domain i.e. Banks/ NBFCs
