Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Growth and Strategic Manager to drive business expansion, optimize strategic initiatives, and enhance market positioning.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FinTech industry trends, growth strategies, and business planning to accelerate company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and emerging trends

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product-market fit and business model strategies

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance metrics

- Identify partnership opportunities and strategic alliances to expand business reach

- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing customer behavior, sales performance, and financial metrics

- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and initiatives

- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand positioning and growth campaigns

- Optimize pricing strategies and revenue models based on market and customer insights

- Manage and implement strategic projects that align with business objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

- Experience in market research, business strategy, or growth initiatives in the FinTech industry

- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar)

- Understanding of customer acquisition strategies, performance marketing, and revenue growth models

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset

- Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or financial modeling is a plus

- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
