Financing & Risk Associate - Debt Capital Market - Investment Bank

Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Preparing pitch-books, such as investor presentations, analyzing market dynamics, identifying market trends, generating trade ideas and other marketing materials

- Creating corporate finance advisory materials and models covering the US technology space

- Tracking US and European markets and preparing market update slides on investment grade, high yield and leveraging loan markets

- Writing weekly market commentary for circulation to clients and updating and maintaining internal databases, such as transaction issuances, investor order books, pricing analysis and deal reviews

- Analyzing key financials and preparing peer comparison tables, including spreads and yield analysis, generating trade ideas and identifying arbitrage opportunities

The skills you'll need :

- To succeed in this role, you'll need to hold an MBA in finance or a CA, CFA or FRM qualification. You'll have working knowledge of financial databases like Bloomberg, Reuters, FactSet, and Dealogic, along with an understanding of financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow.

- Furthermore, you'll have at least three years' experience and an understanding of debt capital markets, bond syndicates, and fixed income research that preferably covers US markets. Alongside this, you'll have excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office skills.
