Financial Transformation Role - Big4 - CA/CFA/ICWA

Must have: 

- Intern in Big 4 Audit firms

- CA, CFA, ICWA with 3-5 years post qualification experience

- Exceptional quantitative analysis, and problem solving skills

- Thorough understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principals

- Experience in Financial planning & analysis, financial statement close process and finance process improvements

- IT literate, with specific knowledge of ERP and reporting software

- Experience in management consulting or strategic improvement programs

- Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills, including the ability to effectively influence people

- In-depth experience using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate strategic and financial plans and analysis

- Ability to work in a complex matrixed organization (business, geography, corporate)

- Willingness to travel at short notice may be even for longer period of time ( 4-8 months)

- Base location only Mumbai or Bangalore

Nice to Have : 

- Knowledge of tools like Hyperion, Essbase, S4/HANA planning solution, Anaplan, Blackline, Tagetik

- Worked on working capital management

- Worked on finance operating model

- Project management skills

- Designing and re-engineering critical financial processes

- Designing and implementing solutions that optimize profit and cash
