Job Responsibilities :

- Work with all the CFO/ and treasury teams to understand revenue structures, costs and financial statement items

- Should be able to break down cost structures and perform ratio analysis

- Should be able to analyze financial data and do market comparisons

- Should have an overall understanding of recent RBI norms related to accounting

- Should be able to connect current financial metrics to future business goals and be able to provide ways of improvement.

- Required to suggest ways of improving the company's financial condition after reviewing the financial reports.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

- Perform internal finance audits from time to time to ensure that the company finances are being managed appropriately.

- Review and upgrade the financial plans from time to time

- Review quarterly numbers before every quarterly meeting.

- Peruse audit committee agenda items and pick key points for further understanding.

- Suggest methods to improve the company's financial position and performance by benchmarking against other NBFCs in the market and keeping in mind the strategic objectives of the business.

- Accountable to deliver analytics and reporting support for their assigned corporate, line of business & stakeholders

- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis. Compiles financial information for input into a variety of periodic financial reports, for management decision making.

- Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiencies, based on analytical findings.

- Oversee the preparation and planning of budget and evaluate profit plans

- Provide financial models and forecasting

Desired candidate profile :

- Should be willing to travel as per the job requirements

Experience : 5 to 7 years in BFSI (Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Strategy or Project Management or Operations)

Educational Qualification : MBA Finance/ CA
