- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business.
- Draw an overall or individualized learning and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
- Should be able to create solutions for behavioral training based on the requirement (Solution Architect).
- Deploy a wide variety of learning methods.
- Coordinate with the vendor, program managers & participants for successful program delivery.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
- Exposure to Assessment Center. Should be able to manage assessment center independently.
- Creation of Leadership development programs/Implementation of learning delivery.
- Analyse the training data and come up with meaningful reports.
- Monitor and evaluate learning program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor learning programs as necessary.
