- Identify and make calls / contact with prospective customers.
- Illustrate the value of FSS products and services to prospective or current customers in a compelling manner.
- Understand and articulate customer business requirements, needs, wants, and a respective assessment of an effective FSS product or service which can be successfully deployed resulting in a unique business value offering for the client.
- Work with Executive Management to develop quotes, proposals, and statements of work.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions; work with Solutions / Operations / Implementation Teams to ensure smooth handoffs for deployment of secured contracts.
- Actively involved in participating in appropriate networking activities, including, but not limited to, attendance to key industry trade show events, informative presentations, etc.
- Work with other teams within FSS to disseminate current market and business process information that is critical to maintaining a strategic, competitive and valuable solution (i.e. Marketing, Product Development, and Delivery Services).
- While rendering the Services to the Company, the Consultant shall familiarise themselves with and comply with all prevalent rules and policies and procedures of the Company.
- Services shall be rendered by the Consultant during all the Business Days and the Consultant will be required to work for the minimum working hours as per the guidelines of the United States banking industry subject to the statutory regulations.
Territory:
The Consultant will be responsible for all sales and business development activities with regard to FSS products, solutions and services in United States and Canada.
Criteria :
Should have experience in Business Development / Sales experience: 12 to 18 years
Payments systems experience: At least 5 years
US regional experience: At least 5 years
Should have travelled extensively within US and Canada region and have very good contacts with banks in the region.
Should have handled accounts with revenue generation of million dollars.
Extensive hands on experience in the payment domain.
Experience in selling the following Payment Gateway Products (any of the products) like Prepaid, Recon, Debit, mobile banking would be an additional advantage
