Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
- To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers
- Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
- To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and service offerings and methodologies
- To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio
- To work with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts
- Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company's benefit
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client
- Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the product offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit.
- Ensure smooth transition to technical teams of the business and functional requirements agreed with customer and enable initial hand holding and relationship building with customer.
- Come up with suggestion and requirements that you feel would be value add for the base product
- Be Product Team's eyes and ears and give them feedback / further opportunities about the Client
- Willingness to travel across sales territory
- Reply and collate info of RFP/RFQ received from clients
Skills / Attributes Required (Must Have) :
- To have in-depth understanding on Reconciliation on Retail banking
- To have Sufficient knowledge on schemes like Mastercard, Visa and Global Ledger Tracking
- Can have understanding on Nostro- Vostro Recon, Treasury Reconciliation
- Knowledge in SQL is added advantage
- Technically skilled with a customer focused mind and excellent communication skills
- Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations
- Ability to work independently and to be proactive
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel within a wide geographical area for client meetings
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Understanding of IT offshoring business
- Good search skills & quest for learning
