About the role:
The position would lie within the Financial Services - Transformation practice.
A) You would be expected to:
- Focus on developing a deep understanding of the industry issues with a view to building solutions with high potential demand
- Contributing to building proposals by researching about domestic and global best practices, carving out bespoke solution for our clients
- Contribute to practice building by helping develop thought leaderships (TLs) and white-papers
Support excellent client delivery by:
- Performing desktop-based research, customer discussions, interviews with senior management and such other activities to build a strong understanding of the business needs
- Draw out detailed designs that respond to the needs of the business and assess the readiness/dependencies for implementation
- Support client's technology, business, finance and other teams for implementing the solutions
- Develop necessary charter and identify key metrics to help track the performance post implementation

Your experience counts :
- 3-8 years of work-experience
- Exposure with Big 4 or leading consulting firms will be a plus
- Experience in the BFSI sector
