Company: London based merchant bank (CF advisory, PE and short term asset management activities)

Qualifications: Graduates/MBA from Tier I / II schools, candidates with 1-2 years experience in Finance background preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Sector Research, Data mining and analysis

- Assist in preparation of pitch books for presentation

- Prepare sector books, company profiles and assist in analysis of trends in sectors for M&A advisory transactions

- Analyze financial statements of company

Required Professional Competencies

- Keen interest in the Business environment, markets and financial performance of companies.

- Very strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Strong writing and communication skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desired Personal Qualities

- High level of attention to detail and quality.

- Ability to multi-task, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment

- Demonstrate a high level of commitment and accountability

- Ability to work effectively with senior professionals in an engagement team
