About Company:

Assist in preparing and finalizing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, managing IFC audits, and preparing Audit Committee and investor presentations. Oversee audits, drive system improvements, and identify cost and revenue opportunities as the Finance SPOC for the assigned product.

Job Description:

- Assist in the preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual) as per Ind AS.

- Analyze financial performance (Balance Sheet and P&L) for both standalone and group financials, and report to management.

- Handle IFC audits, including developing and implementing controls, and preparing final RCMs and SOPs related to finance functions.

- Prepare presentations for the Audit Committee and investors, focused on finance.

- Oversee and ensure timely closure of statutory and internal audits, implementing auditors' recommendations.

- Drive system and process improvements, including finance and accounts system implementation, and identify areas for productivity enhancement.

- Identify opportunities for cost rationalization and revenue enhancement through detailed analysis and collaboration with business groups and senior management.

- Analyze costs, variable contributions, and actual performance against business plans.

- Serve as the Finance SPOC for the assigned product within the Group.

- Ideal Candidates should be a Chartered Accountant, 2-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Manager.

- Extensive understanding of Ind AS , Companies Act , SEBI regulations

- Understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
