A distinguished client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared service unit in the insurance domain, is seeking Financial Reporting professionals to be based in Pune/Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Designing, developing, and maintaining financial reports using advanced Excel functions, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python. These reports may include income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, KPIs and other financial metrics.
2. Leveraging advanced Excel skills with strong understanding of advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, VBA, and other data manipulation techniques.
3. Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): The analyst should work closely with stakeholders to identify and define relevant KPIs for financial analysis.
4. The candidate should be able to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate these KPIs to management and other stakeholders.
5. The candidate should ensure data management and integrity of financial data by performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
6. The analyst should collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver financial reports and analysis. They should have excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skill set:
1.MBA, cost accountant.
2.Power BI, Advance excel & macros is mandatory
