About our Client - Our client, one of the largest global banks, has established a Finance COE in the Delhi NCR region. Having already established a significant presence in the Indian market, they are looking to set up their Financial Reporting team in the Gurgaon region, and for this they are looking to hire a number of Managers/Senior Managers.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP, and handling a team of 8-10 people, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing the various books of accounts, including the BS, and P&L as per IFRS.

- Ensuring compliance with the regulatory bodies.

- Performing effective commentary, and providing analysis to the external investors and regulatory bodies.

- Identifying opportunities for development, and drive changes.

- Co-ordinating with regional finance teams to drive efficiency.

The Successful Candidate - CA/CPA/MBA with 6 years minimum post qualification years of experience. You must have good experience within accounting and reporting, financial analysis. Exposure to IFRS or USGAAP would be required. since it would be a global role, you should be open to traveling for transitions and should be open to shifts.
