Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership
o Build and lead an efficient and high performing team, with a strong quality, innovation, and service mindset
o Develop functional, technical, and social skills within the team and drive continuous learning, and individual growth.
o Develop and continuously improve training, onboarding, and documentation processes to ensure long term knowledge retention.

o Drive / support the standardization of processes, procedures, and ways of working across the assigned area of responsibility and cross functionally by analyzing deliverables and initiating both continuous improvement and / or change initiatives
- Planning & Forecasting
o Enable the budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring processes by acting as an expert and contact person (SPOC) for specific planning topics
o Enable fact-based decision taking by creating transparency on budgeting, forecasting and cost monitoring processes
o Support the development of new processes, standards or operational plans and deliver results with direct impact on the department and overall targets
- Reporting
o Design, manage & execute highly accurate, insightful, and visually appealing reporting solutions and ad hoc analysis
o Develop and implement adequate communication packages to present derived results, recommendations, and solutions
- Others
o Lead medium sized projects, implement findings, and ensure sustainability of achievements
o Support the creation of new and improved working methods
o Design, develop and implement state of the art analytic tools for area of responsibility
o Identify significant improvement potential through variance analysis, derive solutions and facilitate related decisions
o Provide comprehensive expertise for assigned functional areas/systems and processes
