Qua: MBA/PG in Marketing from a reputed institute

Job Responsibilities :
- Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the channel/zone.
- Develop sales targets for the cluster within the zone.
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance.
- Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement in sales processes.
- Manage & enhance relationship with the Zonal Managers of the partner banks.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the zone.
- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction in of cost of operations for the zone.
- Ensure company provides superior sales experience to its customers in the channel/zone.
- Take responsibility for development of team members and planning for succession; acting as a mentor and coach and taking follow up action to ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.
