Financial Planning/Finance & Accounts Role - CA
Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze monthly store-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee store-wise receivable management, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation of accounts.
- Generate and present detailed financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS), staying updated with any changes or amendments.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including the use of BI tools and Macros, to streamline financial analysis and reporting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain excellent communication with store managers, providing them with the necessary financial data and guidance to improve store performance.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Specific Skills:- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including store managers and senior management.
- Expert Knowledge of INDAS: In-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) is essential.
- Excel & BI Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Excel, including the use of BI tools and Macros, is mandatory.
