Financial Planning & Analysis Role - Real Estate - CA

This position is responsible for operationally handling overall FPA work.

Exp- Min 2 Yrs -7 Yrs

- Develop and maintain the annual financial budget & operating plan, long term strategic plan, and financial forecast model.

- Lead a structured financial forecasting and planning process. experience in financial modelling.

- Should have built financial models from scratch for different sectors.

- Should be capable of building models having multiple plants, sites, etc.

- Candidates who have only supported in building financial models, shouldn't be shared.

- Develop and maintain monthly consolidated corporate Business Review Meeting presentation, financial statements, and analysis of key performance indicators.

- Analyses of financial statements with management, recommends action, and participates in strategic financial planning.

- Tracking actual financial performance (revenue, cost etc.) with budget

- Provide MIS support to business leaders, ensuring achievement of financial and operating targets

- Creating Financial Models for Business Development and responsible for project feasibilities for current operating projects and future proposals

- Prepare ad hoc analysis for CFO/CEO and other senior management and closing the same through proper interaction

- Provide financial counsel in determining feasibility and business impact of new proposals/initiatives on revenue and profitability

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- MBA / CA education background.

- experience in areas of Finance preferably FPA, preparing financial statements based on Accounting policies. Preferably from Big 4.

- Strong understanding along with prior experience in preparing financial models / DCF valuation etc.

- Candidate should be excellent with Excel skills / macros and Presentation skills

- Ability to interact with senior management

- Strong strategic mind set and result orientation. An individual who thrives on success and is passionate about winning will be perfect for this job

- Clarity on Corporate Finance concepts

- High degree of expertise in running large excels

- Hard working. Need professionals who can work in high pressure and deliver high accuracy

- Good communication skills

- Professionals having worked with Big 4 (valuation stream) or Investment Banking will be preferred
