Financial Planning & Analysis Role - IT

Essential Responsibilities :

1. First level Owner of the Annual Operating plan, Capital and operational Budget. Manage multiple versions of the annual operating plan with different Sensitivity and scenario analysis.

2. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

3. Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.

4. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast

Ad-hoc business performance reporting.

5. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments.

6. Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.

7. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives.

8. Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

Must Haves

1. Has a Proactive approach to problem solving.

2. Ability to analyse and interpret large complex data from different sources.

3. Attention to detail.

4. Good knowledge of Financial modelling.

4. Good verbal and written communications skills.

5. Very good knowledge of advanced excel formulas.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Chartered Accountant/MBA

- Minimum 4+ years of prior work experience with good financial analysis and management reporting background

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, multi-tasking capabilities are a must

- Ability to lead projects, assignments and adhoc requests

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

- Candidate should have a high level of attention to detail

- Demonstrated strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
