Role: Sr Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis

Education: 10+ years of experience post CA or MBA Finance (CA + MBA preferred)

Location: Mumbai

- The candidate will be an integral part of the Business Finance team heading the FP&A vertical . The FP&A Manager will assist with the preparation of internal/external financial reports, Board of Directors materials, monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization.

Role Description:

- Responsible for preparation of Business Unit level Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Rolling Forecasts to develop Group Level AOP

- Lead the month-end and quarter-end P&L distribution and forecast consolidation for all regions/group entities

- Create and Maintain Financial Models for Business Planning and Forecasting

- Craft and manage MIS reports

- Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output

- Help drive key insights and analytics

- Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives

- Developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials

- Develop and manage Business Information tools

- Perform analytics on internal and external business data for valuable business insights

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Expertise in Power BI tools

- Demonstrated capability to develop a BI database and design of BI reports

- Proficient in IT skills including data scientist certification
