Financial Planning & Analysis Role - BFSI

Position : Financial Planning & Analysis

Reports to : CFO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible to lead the overall India Financial reporting to EMEA/US Corp.

2. Reporting in USGAAP (Must have good hands on knowledge of USGAAP)

3. Analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet

4. Pricing of projects and new business case analysis including various commercial models.

5. Monthly / Quarterly Forecast for the yearly financial performance based on changes in business dynamics and actual financial performance against the Budget.

6. P&L Analysis, Variance analysis between budget, forecasts and actual numbers.

7. Management Reporting / Dashboards and Presentations to top management with financial projections.

8. Responsible for Cost control, Risk identification and action plans to mitigate them.

9. Ensure compliance with Organization and government policies and procedures.

10. Participate in Regional Business performance reviews and QBR's along with the Business Head.

ESSENTIAL

1. Strong Finance & Accounts background within Telco sector

2. Highly developed communication and presentation skills across multiple geographies and cultures.

3. Ability to collaborate and coordinate across global, regional and local teams in both a service and execution capacity

4. Proven record in developing capability in subordinates via coaching, mentoring and robust application of Performance Management processes.

5. High work ethics and result orientation with clear track record of results.

6. Strong analytical skills

DESIRABLE

1. Change Management and business transformation acumen.

2. Communication/Influencing skills in presenting results to Senior Management on performance to target, issues, opportunities and risks and strategic insights on business performance.

3. Experience in Sales & Distribution/Mobile Handset company.

5. Hands on knowledge of ERP systems preferably SAP
