PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To monitor the business growth and to coordinate internally with regard to business productivity and budgets in order to attain the set objectives of the bank
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitoring of the assigned Portfolio - Business planning analysis and control.
2. Provide meaningful analysis, highlight trends/deviations which lead to fulfillment of corporate objectives and protection/growth in business profitability
3. Portfolio Performance Analysis, Monitor portfolio growth and liaising with Business team for unusual observations.
4. Regular presentation to senior management updating them on the business performance and related KPIs, understanding MIS needs for the same and answering their queries.
5. Support MIS Operations Team - Interacting with and hand-holding MIS-Ops team members while setting up new MIS reports or modifying existing reports. Provide them with business/product knowledge
6. Tracking of key business objectives (in terms of cost-benefit analysis, productivity etc.) which are set during the year.
7. Budgeting of revenue lines basis business projections /submission
8. Liaising with all the businesses/support functions (or both) to drive annual Planning & Budgeting exercise.
9. Ensuring completion of the monitoring P&L, Income and Cost commitments activity timely and ensure that its as per the business strategy.
10. Presenting detailed financial and non- financial analysis of the monthly performance on various Key strategic objectives of the bank.
11. Ensuring & monitoring various digital initiatives (across departments) to ensure to achieve desired result.
12. Analyze and interpret financial reports and make appropriate recommendations to the management.
13. Interface with technology team to drive all the automation projects.
14. Ensure ongoing forecast is correct in terms of volumes, revenue, costs and ties up with overall management's objectives & commitments.
15. Provide various financial analyses to facilitate decision making.
16. Manage the detailed business performance analysis using various analytical tools (Tableau) and also monitor & analyze vis-a-vis Market, Budget & Forecast and accordingly suggest relevant measures to the management.
17. Perform detailed analysis of functional expenses like Sales, Credit, Collections (any one or many) etc. and help in driving cost saving initiatives,
