Financial Planning & Analysis Role

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans in collaboration with senior management and department heads.

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to optimize financial outcomes.

- Monito r key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress against targets and drive continuous improvement.

2. Strategic Decision Support:

- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

- Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and risk assessment.

- Develop business cases and financial models to assess the potential impact of strategic initiatives on revenue, profitability, and ROI.

3. Pricing, Product and Channel Profitability:

- Analyze pricing strategies and product margins to optimize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share.

- Assess the performance of the product portfolio and make recommendations for product rationalization, expansion, or innovation.

4. Business Process Optimization/Digitization:

- Process benchmarking and optimization to deliver ease of doing business and financial controls.

- Identify and deploy automation opportunity in relevant business processes

- Drive visualization agenda for the organization.
