About our Client - Our client is a UK based MNC Pharmaceutical giant which markets its products in the EU market. They are presently generating a turnover of 800 million pounds. Our client is looking for an experienced FP&A professional to lead the FP&A practice based out their Andheri office.

Job Description - As a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Organizing and coordinating company's long term and annual business planning process

- Monitoring performance indicators, tracking financial trends and analyzing causes of variances in business performance

- Advising the senior leadership team on company's financial performance

- Improving performance of the team by optimizing processes and foster efficiencies

- Analyzing the sector and recognizing potential investment areas for the company

The Successful Candidate - You are a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of relevant work experience with a core background in FP&A with exposure to mergers & acquisitions, reporting in UK-GAAP in a MNC pharmaceutical business. You possess strong business partnering skills and have displayed effective leadership abilities.
