Financial Planning & Analysis Mgr - BPO

We have an urgent opening for the role of Manager-Corporate Finance(FP&A) with a leading International BPO located in Gurgaon.

Position: Manager FP&A

Department: Finance

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: 12pm-9pm

Technical Skill: Prior experience in FP&A profile is a significant requirement.

Should have experience working in Corporate FP&A role while working for : Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARC) or NBFC – Hardcore Banking or Mutual Fund Companies.

Job Description-

General Summary –

- The Candidate will be responsible to manage FP&A activities on a day to day basis. The position will be responsible for managing the Planning & Forecasting exercise, generating Monthly MIS and ad hoc analysis. This position will also play a key role in conducting monthly functional reviews and monthly closing and forecasting.

Principal Responsibilities-

- Month end financial close basis US GAAP

- CA 2002-2005 will be given preference, however not mandatory.

- MBA Finance will be an added advantage.

- Monthly financial review pack and trend/variance analysis

- Interfacing with US finance teams to ensure timely monthly reporting of expenses, variance reporting and analysis

- Monthly Dashboards by Department and liasion with functional owners on financial performance

- Annual Budget/Forecast Finalization

- Ad-hoc FP&A requirement.
