The group caters to the US GBAM CFO & Controllership teams for Planning, Analysis & Reporting related activities. The span of work covers Management and Regulatory reporting, Variance Analysis, Plan & Forecast, Reconciliations. The group works closely with Business / Finance units across the organization

Detailed Role description

The role would involve working closely with all associates who manage Reporting deliverables. The candidate has to be extremely hands on and focused towards timely delivery with absolute accuracy.

- 6+ yrs of experience in Reporting/Accounting domain in MNC / BPO environment (Year 2006 / 2007 qualified should be good to proceed – CA / MBA)

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well defined procedures and changing work mix

- Has at least 2+ years experience of handling team; though the role is Manager-IC, the candidate should be scalable to handle team

- Require hands on experience in the areas of Accounting & Reporting in Banking

- US GAAP/IFRS exposure

- Good communication skills - Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business

- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals

- A good team player
