Financial Planning & Analysis- Bangalore

We have an opening with one of the IT Market lead in Bangalore.

EXP- 3-8 Yrs.

Roles & responsibility:

Provide support to US based FP&A Managers in detailed researching of variances by understanding GL and transactional level details

- Produce Management reports and analysis for assigned functional group

- Produce department level T&E report by person with trend analysis and distribute to various functional groups within the company.

- Produce detailed headcount reports for assigned functional group

- Develop reports and analysis on per person cost at a country level

- Produce monthly score card reports for assigned organization

- Analyze Capex spend relative to forecast and Plan .

- Assist with monthly forecasts and annual plans as needed

Skills & Experience:

- B.Com or B.S. in Business, Finance, or Accounting; a MBA, or CA is preferred

- At least 3-8 years of experience in finance/accounting with an emphasis on financial analysis techniques with or on behalf of large private limited companies.
