Financial Planning & Analysis/Investor Relations Role - Manufacturing Industry

1) Investor Reporting & Relations:

- Board Review Presentations

- External (Public) & Internal (Group / Horizontal) Communication

- Competition Tracking

2) Fund Raising & Valuation:

- Support the team in private fund-raising opportunities

- Lead the process - operationally & strategically

- Be the external face of the company to investors

3) Decision Support & Business Finance:

- Management Reporting for the leadership team

- Business Cases & M&A Opportunity Evaluation

- Developing internal MIS for organizational performance

Educational Background and Work Experience :

- Candidates with Education: CA/CMA/MBA-Finance

Experience Tenure: 2 to 5 years

Experience Field: Investor Relations, Equity Research, FP&A, Business Finance

Expertise Required: Presentation & Communication Skills, Excel Modelling & PowerPoint skills

Bonus: SAP Experience, PowerBI / any BI Tools experience
