- Creation and development of RTR/ FP&A tower specific
a) value proposition,
b) business cases,
c) industry specific offerings,
d) strategic direction and initiatives,
e) design business outcome models,
f) contracting structures,
g) identify new opportunities and business lines
- Managing multiple client engagements / contracts - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting etc.,
- Work closely with Process Delivery leaders in identifying improvement opportunities and implement the same across all processes.
- Lead efforts on continuous process improvements
- Manage relationships with customers at the senior management levels
- Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
- Driving customer satisfaction and quality by the use of improvements to business processes/ procedures
- Responsibility for handling information enquiries about process from customers / personnel and business partners. Drives projects establishing/enhancing/maintaining components of our FP&A offering including amongst others: solution standards, benchmarking, unit costing/pricing, transformation roadmaps, process innovation initiatives, industry specific delivery models, Maturity models etc..
- Performs a key role in establishing new client solution design from a process point of view in close cooperation with the solutions team In this process there is heavy focus on consultative selling and driving desired business outcomes for the client in addition to establishing a cost competitive, deliverable solution.

- Should be extremely facts and data oriented
- Relevant experience in specific process area FP&A
- Should be deadline and closure oriented
- Should have the ability to influence people (internal/external customers, Operations, Finance etc)
- Stability - should not have changed jobs frequently
- Ability to think out of the box - strategic thinking (Larger picture)
- Very high focus on implementation - essential for process delivery as per SLAs/ SOWs
- Ability to interact and manage multiple customers and cross functional teams
- Analytical and numerical ability - data driven
- Ability to create and present dashboards
