About our Client - Our client is one of leading multinational banks with its regional headquarters based out of Singapore. The client has achieved exceptional growth rates within the Indian market, thereby establishing a significant market share, and is looking for a Manager/Senior Manager FP&A to support its rapid growth.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP FP&A, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Preparing the monthly reports pertaining to P&L, along with a variance analysis of the actual and planned estimates.

- Detailing the expenses for all the cost centers, and identifying the various drivers of expenses, and areas where productivity can be improved.

- Managing a team of highly qualified professionals, and liaising with the different regions for commentary.

- Participating in periodic business review meetings with the top management across the APAC region.

The Successful Candidate -

- You should be a qualified CA with 6-10 years of relevant experience within the financial services domain.

- Prior experience in dealing with onshore and offshore partners is desirable.

- Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, and excellent command over English is essential.

- The client is looking for someone who is confident, assertive and a fast learner with the ability to multitask and think out of the box.
