About our Client - Our client is a large, diversified Indian conglomerate with operations in 12 industry segments, including 6 business verticals of more than INR 5000 Crore. They are looking for a Manager to head the FP&A function for their automotive arm - an INR 2000 Crore business based out of Worli.

Job Description - Reporting directly into the CFO, you will:

- Prepare the monthly P&L and monitor financial performance of respective sales channels, supporting key accounts team in finalization of terms of trade with key accounts while monitoring implementation of the turn around time elements.

- Support the key accounts team in quarterly reconciliation of balances and claims sign-off process with key accounts

- Facilitate the International business team in identifying opportunities in each market

- Coordinate with country managers on pricing, margins, duty structures, cost analysis, claims settlement & other related aspects

- Handle day to day requirements of key accounts team on financial matters.

- In addition, you will be involved in ad-hoc projects that would require your expertise and guidance.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a Chartered accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, working with a reputed manufacturing business.You will have strong exposure to sales finance management, revenue management, trade and supply chain management. You will take full ownership and accountability for your work and act as a true-business partner. You will also have strong excel skills and the ability to motivate and drive business. Ideally you will be working with a business based in Worli.
