Job Location: Pune, India

- Compilation of monthly financials (P&L, B/S, Free Cash Flow, Indirect Spend, etc.) and first pass analysis for monthly reviews

a. Experience in forecasting and budgeting and executing Business Analysis and Trending

b. Monthly Close / Finalization of Financial statements / Journal Entries.

c. MIS Reporting, periodic reporting and review of financial trends by providing variance analysis of actual expenses with respect to the budgeted and forecast figures (Financial/ Management Reporting)

d. Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long range plans.

e. Worked with Insurance company or Financial Institution

f. Has knowledge of Securities Market

g. Technical Analysis and Reporting

h. Good knowledge of MS Access database - person should able to run / edit query in database

- Play the role of a functional expert in SAP, Hyperion Financial Management and other business reporting tools

Qualification and Professional Experience:

- A minimum degree in commerce / finance (equivalent of Bachelor’s degree).

Technical Abilities:

- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management is a must.

- Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel , Word, Access and Power point)

- Fluent in verbal English and in written communication

- Strong financial analysis skills; ability to think outside of traditional role to evaluate business implications

- Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands

- Self-starter and self-finisher with high energy level

- Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement

- Quickly adapts to changing circumstances

- Understanding of key business drivers

- Demonstrated capability of managing multiple, concurrent tasks

- Excellent Data Mining skills

- Expert level knowledge in Finance
