About the Position :

Role: Financial Planner & Analyst (FP&A)

Location: A-10, Info Technology Park, Sector 34, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

Reporting to: Manager

Working Days: 6 days(Monday- Saturday)

Job brief :

1. We are looking for a Financial Planner to help clients manage their finances. You will be our clients' trusted advisor in areas including investments, cash flow, savings, and debt management.

2. Our financial planner should be an effective communicator with experience in financial planning and business development. If you're analytical, meticulous, and customer-oriented, we'd like to meet you.

3. Your goal will be to ensure clients make wise and profitable decisions to meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities :

1. Execute the vision of the company by providing financial planning, insurance, and investment services to clients

2. Assess client's overall financial picture, and understand their needs to devise an appropriate financial plan

3. Work with support staff to establish client records and update their files

4. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, keeping them updated about any changes affecting their finances

5. Act as liaison to insurance providers and other financial professionals

Requirements and skills :

1. MBA Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from premium B-school

2. 6-8 months of experience in a financial planning role

3. Strong ability to analyze market's financial data and provide adequate financial advice

4. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
